In case you've accidentally deleted the map folder or no maps found, follow the steps below to reload the map data to your TRX7 CS Pro.
Option A: Reload Map on the device
1. Connect your device to WiFi.
2. Open the TRX APP software, a message will display "Map not found.....Do you want to do map recover?" Select Yes.
3. Select the check mark on the bottom right.
4. Then Reopen the TRX software from your APPs screen
5. Select update on the bottom right if the map does not auto start downloading.
6. Keep your device connected to power as this process can take 1-2 hours. Check on the device periodically. If the map update stops select retry so it may continue.
Note: If the map update does not complete, takes to long or gets stuck at zero percent. You may want to try another INTERNET connection.
7. Once completed your software and map are now ready to use.
Option B: Reload Maps from your computer to the device.
You can also install/reload the map via computer/laptop. You may follow the steps below:
1. Click here to download the TRX7 CS Pro map file to your PC. Right-click to download the folder. Wait for a few minutes to download as the file is too huge.
2. Unzip/extract the map folder to your computer local drive.
3. Connect your device to your computer using the supplied micro USB cable.
4. Locate your device internal storage (Rugged Tablet)> open the Internal shared storage.
5. Delete the existing Maps folder from your device internal storage.
6. Copy/transfer the new downloaded maps folder from your computer to your device internal storage.
7. Disconnect your device from your PC once the map folder have been copied to your TRX7 CS Pro.
8. Once you boot up the TRX7 CS Pro again, the new maps will be immediately available.
