Error Message: Camera keeps stopping/ No Camera Showing (Black Screen)

When your TRX camera APP doesn't allow you to take pictures and having insufficient space error or when taking videos and says "camera keeps stopping" as shown on picture below:

Troubleshooting Step 1. Check if the device "Do Not Disturb" mode was on. Then, turn off that mode to allow access of the camera. Refer picture below:

Troubleshooting Step 2. Try to clear the cache or storage on your TRX Camera APP. Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

2.1 On your TRX7 CS Pro, go to Android Settings.

2.2 Select Apps & Notifications

2.3 Tap TRX Camera

2.4 Select Storage

2.5 Select Clear Cache

2.6 Select Clear Storage

2.7 It will ask you delete APP data, select OK.

2.8 You may then go back to TRX APP Software to check the camera and configure to access the root of SD card.
