Product Registration

Follow the steps below to register your device using your TRX account:

1. Connect your device to WiFi.

2. Open up the TRX software, tap the cognitive wheel icon, and then select Account Profile. 

3. Select Create account. Fill out the account profile criteria then select create account.

Note: If you already created an account on www.magellangps.com or TRX trailhead website then there's no need to create a new one. In this case just sign in with your existing account and password.

4. If you receive an error stating account already exist or invalid credentials. Go to: https://www.magellangps.com/customer/account/forgotpassword/  in order to receive a link via email to reset your password. Once you reset your password you should then be able to login on your device with your existing account.
