("DigitalGlobe"), MiTAC Digital Corporation ("Magellan") has to end its cooperation with DigitalGlobe regarding the subscriptions of DigitalGlobe Services . Magellan will terminate the sale of the DigitalGlobe Services from October 3, 2020, and Magellan’s products will no longer carry DigitalGlobe Services from the same date . For customers who have purchased the DigitalGlobe Services before October 2, 2020, they can continue to use the purchased service in accordance with DigitalGlobe's terms and conditions as well as policies within 12 months from the date of purchase, without being affected. If the Digitalglobe is unavailable for downloading imagery or viewing the map, please follow the steps below to update software to V4.50.0017.
IMPORTANT: Make sure when doing any update, the device must be plugged into a power source (AC charger) and the battery is charged to at least 60%. Do not unplugged the device from the power source while doing update to prevent interruption that may cause system error. The device must also be connected to WiFi Hotspot.
