Termination of DigitalGlobe Service

Dear Customers,

Due to the expiration of the contract with DigitalGlobe, Inc. ("DigitalGlobe"), MiTAC Digital Corporation ("Magellan") has to end its cooperation with DigitalGlobe regarding the subscription of DigitalGlobe Services . Magellan will terminate the sale of the DigitalGlobe Services from October 3, 2020, and Magellan’s products will no longer carry DigitalGlobe Services from the same date. For customers who have purchased the DigitalGlobe Services before October 2, 2020, they can continue to use the purchased service in accordance with DigitalGlobe's terms and conditions as well as policies within 12 months from the date of purchase, without being affected.
