Is this gps useless now . did a complete reset and it goes thru everything except downloading resources no matter what . this is the third time I have asked for assistance on this . everyone says will get back to me , when , when the warranty is up ? . I also purchased the digital globe for a year . Is this gps not going to work and do I need another one .
