TRX Will Not Power On

If your TRX7 internal battery is fully drained, it needs to be re-charged to an acceptable level before it will power on again.

To re-charge your TRX7:

  1. Plug your TRX7 into an external power source.
  2. Press and hold the power button down for 30 seconds.
  3. Allow 30-45 minutes for your TRX7 to charge. 
  4. Power on your TRX7 after approximately 2-3 hours to ensure a full battery charge .
  5. If your device still doesn't turn on, make sure to try both the wall charger and the power cradle to make sure the accessory is not at fault.
  6. If your device still does not power up contact support @877-255-4161 or email us @ trxsupport@magellangps.com

    Hi Lance,

    Please try the following:

    1. Connect the device to a power source using the original charging cable.
    2. Leave it charging for at least 30 minutes.
    3. Then press and hold the Power button to see if the device turns on.
    4. Try using a different USB cable and charger to determine whether the issue is with the device or the charging accessory.
