How do you wipe user information from a TR7 Cam?

I'm selling my unit and want to wipe all my info from the unit and reset it back to factory.  How can this be done?

  Please do not perform factory reset. Just sign-out your TRX account account on the account's Profile.

  Kindly email us at trxsupport@magellangps.com and provide us your serial number for further details.
