    This is just ridiculous, I paid lots of money for this GPS and for you to say " Please try to use other browser like Firefox, Google Chrome, or Microsoft Edge" is even worse.  

    I have tried them all, nothing works.  Give me my money back or solve my issues.  This is an expensive GPS and to just say we know about the problem, and we are sorry for your inconvenience is inexcusable.

    What are you doing?  Why is it taking so long?  Dont give me corporate PR answers. DO SOMETHING.

    Try to use 100% scaling and lower resolution on your computer display settings.

    Any resolution to this issue?  I makes the GPS quite useless for its intended purpose.  And yes, I have tried every scaling factor and every resolution.  Magellan should be ashamed of itself for putting out such a product.
