TRX 7 Maps won't download

This has become beyond frustrating since you can't get any help with support.

Have uninstalled the software 2 times and keep getting stuck at Resource download failed - please try again.. The problem is not my wifi connection, any help would be greatly appreciated. 

 

I have read maybe try a factory reset but there is no button to perform that?
