    It was a voicemail message and I think that if you take 3 months to respond to this message it more proves my point than yours.

    Let's face it, the TRX7 product is CRAP.  It is non-intuitive and the documentation is poor.  Support sucks.  Software sucks.  Satellite downloads are no longer supported.  Internet pages are impossible to use normally.  After several years of attempting to make it functional, throwing it against the wall many times, swearing, reinstalling software, studying support issues, I give up.  I have never been more aggravated by an expensive electronic device and the lack of support from the Magellan people.  I have a strong work history in software development and troubleshooting, but I would rather just shoot this device and post as many poor reviews as possible.

     

    Shame on Magellan.

    Agreed completely. It’s worse than useless if you ever need it to find your way. I could almost say dangerous. Magellan support is the worst of any company I’ve used support for. For any product! Ever!! The real problem is that they just don’t care so it falls on deaf ears.
