TRX 7 CS app frozen on up date 4.16.0008

last time i turned it on a up date 4.16.0008 came up when hit download it says download terminated and will not down load. if I try to cancel it will not cancel. it is stuck on the update screen and will not go back to dash board. any one have any ideas. have called support but always get voice message also emailed . the unit has a good wifi connection. powering off and or reboot makes no difference.

  You will need to remove the TRX app and reload the software. if fixed all of the issues I was having. see the link below.
