I would like to know if it is posible to download off street and road maps of Ecuador, South America for the Magellan TRX7 CS Trail

  At this time the basemap only covers the US and Canada.  We do offer a satellite imagery subscription that is global and the GPS will record tracks anywhere you take it.  There are no basemap options for South America.
