If you own an Adventure Pro or have the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system (OS) installed, your computer may not recognize your device when you connect it via the included USB cable.
When this happens, do the following:
1. Connect your Adventure Pro to your PC or Mac using the micro USB cable included with your device.
2. Swipe down from the top left of the Adventure Pro screen.
3. Tap on the button that says USB for charging.
4. Select File Transfers
5. Wait for few seconds. Your computer will then recognize the device.
Now that your computer recognizes your Adventure Pro as an external storage device, you should be able to copy files (e.g. pictures, music, etc.) to and from your device.
